Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Quality Control

Before your order is dispatched, every suitcase undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards.

To maintain consistent quality, products may first be transferred between our logistics facilities before being shipped to your delivery address. This additional quality control helps ensure you receive your Bermont suitcase in perfect condition.

High Demand

Due to the popularity of our products, processing or delivery may occasionally take slightly longer than estimated during busy periods.

If this happens, we'll keep you informed throughout the shipping process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopbermont.com. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may no longer be able to modify the shipping address.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days or your package appears to be lost, please contact our support team. We'll work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
