Returns & Refunds

At Bermont, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Be free from scratches, dents, stains or signs of wear.
  • Include all original accessories, packaging and documentation.
  • Be suitable for resale.

Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be subject to a reduced refund where permitted by applicable law.

Return Request

Before sending any item back, you must first contact our returns team.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return
  • Clear photos of the suitcase from the front, back, both sides, top, bottom, interior and wheels
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

These photos allow our team to verify the condition of the product before approving a return and ensure the fastest possible processing of your request.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Return Shipping

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Bermont cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required by law.

Return Approval

Once your return request has been reviewed, we'll send you detailed return instructions.

Please do not ship your item until your return has been approved.

Inspection & Refund

After your return arrives, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for inspection
  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, incomplete, or missing accessories beyond normal inspection, a partial refund or refusal of the return may apply where permitted by law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your product arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have entered the fulfillment process.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different colour or model, simply return your eligible product and place a new order.
